Attorney Choi Jae-woong completed the advisory service for the transfer of 5.54% of shares in Seoul Express Bus Terminal 안전한 바카라사이트., Ltd. ("Seoul Express Bus Terminal") held by JoongAng Express 안전한 바카라사이트., Ltd. ("JoongAng") to Shinsegae Central City (“SCC”) for about KRW53 billion.

As the largest bus terminal in Korea with 42 bus routes nationwide, Seoul Express Bus Terminal selected SSC as a preferential negotiation partner. In February 2021, 2.94% of shares in Seoul Express Bus Terminal was first transferred to SSC. Then, in January 2022, the rest of 2.61% of shares were finally transferred to SSC. As a result, SSC could increase its holding in Seoul Express Bus Terminal from 64.95% to 70.50%. It has become to more broadly exercise control over Seoul Express Bus Terminal and may exclusively make a special resolution at a general meeting of shareholders. Meanwhile, JoongAng expects that it secures financial liquidity with KRW53 billion earned by selling 5.54 shares in Seoul Express Bus Terminal. It has gained a foothold to overcome crises caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.
