1. Case summary

The examinee is a small and medium-sized business cooperative whose members are businesses engaged in the manufacture and sale of asphalt concrete. We stated that an additional charge against the examinee’s 2nd concerted 안전한 바카라사이트 was excessive, deviating from the principle of proportionateness.

This case is meaningful in that the KFTC clarifies circumstances that it considers in filing a charge for failure to comply with correction orders, and suggests that it is important to respond in a way that emphasizes the difference between the previous corrective order and the violation in question.
