1. Case summary

2. Our assistance

□ Representing Company S, we attended the KFTC’s onsite investigation to ensure that evidence could be collected in accordance with a due process, and gave legal advice to employees of Company S when they made testimonies that could be used as evidence to ensure that the statement of testimonies was not prepared unfavorably to Company S. We also analyzed the investigation direction of the KFTC on the basis of the level of materials demanded by the KFTC and supported Company S to ensure that its right to defense could be guaranteed as much as possible.
