3. Our Arguments and Role

The prosecution submitted supplemental evidence regarding the partially acquitted charges, arguing that the nature of the offense was serious due to alleged attempts to destroy evidence, and sought a sentence of one year and six months’ imprisonment. In response, we argued and demonstrated that the defendant had entered the 바카라 온라인 unexpectedly after the former president declared an intention not to run, and that the acts of providing goods prior to that time were ceremonial acts in accordance with customary practice of giving holiday gifts to acquaintances with whom the defendant had long-standing personal relationships. We further emphasized that the provision of goods and contributory acts had no impact whatsoever on the 바카라 온라인 outcome, and that the case arose from an intentional entrapment report by an opposing candidate, strongly asserting and proving that the defendant had no intent or purpose to negatively affect the fairness of the 바카라 온라인. These arguments were accepted by the court.

In cases involving violations of the provisions on the provision of goods and contributory acts under the Act on Entrusted Elections for Public Organizations, etc., strict judgments resulting in invalidation of election results are the prevailing trend. However, this case is significant in that, even where such violations are found, the court recognized mitigating circumstances based on the specific facts, thereby allowing the elected individual to retain his status.
