Attorney Han Seung-yeob specializes in M&A, corporate governance improvement, and taxation.

Mr. Han led the successful restructuring of Lake Hills through Korea's first pre-packaged plan, earning the 2019 Korea Legal Award. He has also provided advisory services for companies like LS Cable & System, Samhwa Paints, Daekyo, and Shinhan Capital, successfully completing various corporate governance improvement projects. Recognized for his excellence in M&A, Mr. Han was named a "2022 Rising Associate."

- Litigation to cancel acquisition tax imposed on the Gyeongnam Robot Land Foundation.
